Corporate Culcha is the Indigenous Workforce, Training and Development arm of WICEEDO. It has been established to support Corporate Australia to build their Indigenous Workforce. Corporate Culcha collaborates with the client to develop culturally competent strategies to firstly, engage, and then recruit and retain Indigenous staff. There are a number of levels of initiatives that may be identified, from Cultural Awareness training for current non Indigenous staff through to the development of a comprehensive Indigenous Workforce Development Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plans.
